Introduction to Qigong

Unlock the secrets of ancient energy mastery with the transformative practice of qigong (chee·guhng). Qigong is a holistic system that combines the power of breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and flowing movements, and guess what? Anyone can learn it!

Picture this: with regular practice, you’ll feel your tension release as your life-force energy (also known as qi or chi) flows more freely through your tissues. What does this mean for you? Experience a more effective immune system, reduced inflammation, faster toxin removal, and the potential for chronic issues to ease or disappear completely.

This online group class is your ticket to feeling energized yet calm, as you stretch and strengthen your body and begin to become aware of your life-force. Enrolment is limited to ensure adequate time for attention to each participant. To participate fully, you should plan to attend live with your camera on, but replays will also be available for a limited time.
